Clients may cancel their services within 1 month of agreement initiation. Cancellations requested after 1 month are subject to project milestone completion and may incur partial charges based on work completed.
Full refunds are provided for cancellations within the initial 1 month period, provided no significant work has commenced. Partial refunds may be issued after this period, calculated based on the percentage of work completed.
For ongoing projects, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Outstanding invoices for completed work must be settled. Deposits are non-refundable if significant progress has been made.
We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are overdue or terms of service are violated. Suspended services can be reinstated upon payment settlement and agreement compliance.
